History Channel latest viewing
From watching this one hour documentary tells me they should have solved this already either by finding him guilty or excluding him(Galkowski). It seems from all the evidence gathered and backtracking that was made here by going back to the crime scene with those who were on the scene after the crime was committed that a print or full DNA would have been collected. It appears someone might be trying to slow things down since the cops have not responded back with their DNA evidence yet for the investigators on history channel. This episode stated that gold catcher the source had recordings of his voice and his hand writing. The key point here is that he worked with gold catcher at a job. One would think that their may be a time card with Galkowskis prints or a paper he handled in the files stored away to be studied. They also have a photo of him in a news clipping working at the paper in 1969 here again They must have stored records in a basement somewhere or on a computer with his real signature; he also probably paid taxes from working at the paper. The IRS might have his real signature too. Another avenue is the cab they show. If this Cab is still secured as evidence then today's technology should have found something. For instance a lot of times you see the FBI tearing apart cars for DNA or prints. Here he touched the the back inside door handle to get in. He had to grab it to get in. If they removed it maybe they might find his prints if it were not destroyed by cops and investigators who secured the scene. This guy also lived some where or had family that is not mentioned in the documentary. One should not have to dig up his grave to get prints or DNA. According to history channel they have partial DNA and no prints. It was very interesting documentary and I hope they figure it out.
